On me (5'6") they feel the perfect length - rolled up they hit just above the ankle bone. Both are slightly distressed but one is a darker indigo - I do like the faded ones though (I'm a child of the 80s) especially in the summer with flip flops or ballet flats. Not keen on them worn with boots as they just make my legs look stumpy.PoppysStylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15124498651502796909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2534534978347181935.post-89400383592024676122013-01-17T06:31:32.184-08:002013-01-17T06:31:32.184-08:00I have a feeling I'm going to be obsessed with...I have a feeling I'm going to be obsessed with boyfriend jeans this year too Kat, my mango ones were a bit to big but if I had went a size smaller I think they would have been perfect. I have found a pair of straight leg jeans I was goimng to stick on ebay and when rolled up they look like botfriend jeans- result!!Treasuresnpleasureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12532834978004018572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2534534978347181935.post-24472672341645530812013-01-17T04:27:59.854-08:002013-01-17T04:27:59.854-08:00Remember to look and see what they look like from ...Remember to look and see what they look like from behind! I love boyfriend jeans but like Honor I tend to wear mine in the warmer months due to draft around the ankle area! Looking forward to seeing what you find when you go for a trying on session. I really only wear them in the summer with flip flops or my Gigis (bought thanks to your influence) but think I might now try them with ankle boots. With my ever expanding thighs (*shudder*) they are more flattering (and comfier it must be said!) than skinnies. Really looking forward to you pursuing this look! Being very much the wrong side of forty due care has to be taken not to frighten the neighbours. My compromise has been to buy straight legged jeans (Mango being my current favourite at a reasonable price point) and roll them up. They look slouchy but fitted where it matters (rear end) and are available in two washes (see I can do the lingo too) so if your looking for lighter end of spectrum without the aged rocker look I think compromise has to be the order of the day. Btw I know you're always on lookout for longline vests and long sleeved tops (I 5ft 9 so understand that need). I highly recommend Vero Moda, great color selection and length at great prices. They wash and wear really well and colours vary throughout the year but black, navy, white remain a constant.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
